Crockpot Chicken Tortilla Soup
Protein: ~32g per serving (6 servings)
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 can black beans (drained)
- 1 can corn
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Toppings: Greek yogurt, avocado, shredded cheese
Directions:
• Add all ingredients (except toppings) to crockpot.
• Cook on LOW 6–7 hrs or HIGH 3–4 hrs.
• Shred chicken with two forks before serving.
